Community Engagement Coordinator

Position Summary:

The CEC, in collaboration with the ToolBank’s Executive Director and board, will work to develop and execute innovative strategies—online and off—to increase giving, volunteerism, and engagement. S/he will also be responsible for fostering relationships, identifying outreach opportunities, and maintaining our website and social media channels.

The Community Engagement Coordinator (CEC) will be the ToolBank’s champion, advocate, cheerleader, and evangelist—someone who has the skills, motivation, and enthusiasm to effectively cultivate relationships in support of the goals of the ToolBank.

Warehouse Assistant/ Delivery Driver

Position Summary:

The Cincinnati Community ToolBank is looking for a driven individual to support the Tool Lending Program and delivery. This position requires loading, unloading, driving and executing transportation plans for delivery and pick up of tool orders & donated items.  This position will also assist within warehouse with processing and organizing items.

AmeriCorp Vista

Full Time AmeriCorps VISTA

The Cincinnati Community ToolBank is looking to fill one AmeriCorps VISTA position.  The AmeriCorps VISTA position is a full time, 12-month volunteer position that includes a monthly living allowance and other benefits including an End of Service Stipend or Segal Education Award to pay for college, graduate school, or existing qualified educational loans.

This position work to expand the ToolBank’s Tool-Lending program by completing essential functions including developing and implementing a new volunteer program, researching grant opportunities, and assisting with fundraising/development projects. The VISTA will also develop new recruitment initiatives for new member agencies and increasing awareness of the ToolBank’s brand to the community. To be considered for this position, applicants must be at least 18 years of age and has an Associate’s degree.
